Can you share a support link to how we can make some pages public, while restricting editing.

We need to be able to make some of the Wikibase and Listsing pages open to public on the Wikibase instance.

For example:

https://climatekg.semanticclimate.net/index.php?title=IPCC_Begriffe

or single terms

https://climatekg.semanticclimate.net/index.php?title=Item:Q3243
