Could you please update purpose of Platform provisioner in docs? It is not clear what will be the outcome after running it.

Hi,

Could you please update purpose of Platform provisioner in docs? It is not clear what will be the outcome after running it and why would we run it?

E.g. Is it for creating Control Plane or Data Plane or making machine ready for Control Tower or is it used to create local CP and DP?

It would be nice to have goal based documentation with clear purpose.

E.g. Create CP on local docker desktop kubernetes and add DP to it : And all the steps for that with and without tekton pipelines.

Also whats the role of SaaS CP in all this.

(I am new and would like to have smooth experience in the documentation and steps I am following.)
