Wrong error message shown for 422 errors when verifying email #1744

Describe the bug
When a 422 error message occurs when verifying the email address the error message displayed is the same as for other errors.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to verify email page but enter a wrong token or email address
Wrong error message is shown

Expected behavior
Show a special error message for 422 errors.

Additional context
Seems to be a naming problem.
Renaming error (ref) to something else seems to be able to solve this problem
