Add !craft and !smelt commands

Add the !craft and !smelt commands.

Example:
!craft item=Vaccinator&amount=5
!smelt defindex=5002&amount=2

Additional context

As of today I need to get all the items from my bot (Quick-Fix), craft them into what I what (Vaccinator) and send them back.
So I was looking for a !craft command but didn't found one and thought it would be a nice feature.

Let me know if this could be added easily, I haven't looked at the code yet but I might fork it and give it a try.
