Avoid duplicated codes between LogViewer and TerminalViewer

Integrate the logic of terminalViewer widget and LogViewer widget to avoid duplicated code.

The terminalViewer widget should be a simple output widget for the stdout and stderr of a specified command. It does not need search, highlighting, or other features—just pure display—but it must support scrolling.
