How to set default audio output Sip-hass-card

I am using Hass on an IPAD, I have the IPAD connected and a bluetooth speaker, every entity that plays sound on the Hass outputs to the bluetooth speaker, however Sip-hass-card still uses the local microphone and speaker on the IPAD.
How to specify Sip-hass-card to use bluetooth speaker as default. thanks

Currently this isn't possible. But will be implemented in the new setup. (1-2 months I suspect)
