FastOn, FastOff for KeyPadLinc

Although #66 gave us this for regular switches and dimmers, the KeyPadLinc supports FastOn and FastOff, too, although it's currently not implemented in master branch.

When I integrated my KeyPadLinc as a dimmer (before reading the instructions and doing it properly), the FastOn/FastOff was working.

I've yet to see if things will break if I simply treat scene 1 as a dimmer-type in the config file, and treat the other scenes as they are now, which could be a workaround.
