Rather than revert the test vectors, this is a good opportunity to add additional test vectors. This way, we can have test vectors which cover did:dht and did:jwk

@diehuxx @jiyoontbd I think for this situation, we could use jwk for some of the Alice DIDs but it doesn't make sense to use for the PFI per Moe's comment that they don't have support for service endpoints.
