Both the TS and KT tbDEX SDKs provide a TbdexHttpClient.getExchange() method to provide a convenient way to interact with a singular exchange.

Swift only provides tbDEXHttpClient.getExchanges() which according to the spec will eventually only provide exchangeIDs.
