When browsing hits in the InterPro Scan evidence track, can we add a direct link to the Interpro website with that IPR number in the popup window?

We'll need to see if that information is made available to us in a programmatic way. My gut says it should be doable but I am unsure how apollo handles/displays links in the feature data.

I can't say if you can access it through the InterProScan output, but I can say that the results for each database scanned through the tool will be linked with a base url, see examples here: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/interpro/entry/InterPro/IPR002196/
