Package uses now-deprecated UnknownSeq #3

This package uses UnknownSeq which was deprecated in BioPython 1.79. Some discussion of replace it's use in code is here.

Either the version of biopython used should be pinned or a workaround to not use UnknownSeq should be implemented.
