Can't fetch resource file

Hi guys. I have an issue with fetching resource file.

This is .resx file I want to fetch:

This is dependency in mpg_bootstrapappsdefault.js

The issue was that the only RESX included was with language code 1029 (CZ) and environment had 1033 (EN) enabled only. As per docs, the function should return null but throws and exception instead.

1. Uploaded 1033 RESX and added it as dependency fixed the issue in 1033 (EN) environment
2. Enabling 1029 (CZ) and switching the user's language made it work without any changes to the solution
