Be sure to check that you need that relationship ! In this case Subscriptions and Accounts are inherited from other solutions so relationship should be inside their base solutions. If that is the case you can delete relationship from your Entity (that gives you error) and also from Relationships.xml

This usually happens when there is a relationship with the same attribute but a different relationship name already present.
