Additional permissions

We will introduce additional permissions and restrictions.
This is a collection of possible permissions that we could implement.

• "Project Admin" (Feature Request - Show all Projects to Admin users without Superuser mode #233, [Feature Request] - New Role "Project Admin" #150)
  • Displaying all projects doesn't require superuser permissions and elevating privileges
• Read-only permissions for guests User permissions are being incorrectly enforced #215
  • Guest permissions can be configured (instance-wide) that they have read-only permissions
