Update in the docs which link from zenodo should be used when adding a dataset

This is very unclear.

Trying to add a dataset from the ui resulted in the html file of the website being added and not the dataset from zenodo.

We should also clarify what url should be used when creating a dataset with the CLI.

Using the link from zenodo (i.e. https://zenodo.org/record/7995513) worked. But using the doi you can get from the zenodo website (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7995513) does not work.

The problem is that the doi link (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7995513) redirects to the proper zenodo page. So the core service should follow redirects. I suspect it does not and that is why the doi link does not work but the link to the zenodo page works.
