Making a project from the streamlit template results in streamlit hanging forever. see issue no 2 on https://docs.streamlit.io/knowledge-base/deploy/remote-start

Another issue is with conda resolving versions being stuck, pinning the versions solves this (see https://renkulab.io/projects/gasserli/try-streamlit-template-pt2/files for an attempt to fix these issues).
