Bootstrap Templates 1.1.2 Issues

So our plots suddenly have grey boxes around them (which we didn't want in our case), turns out to be that the https://pypi.org/project/dash-bootstrap-templates/1.1.2/ release must have changed something slightly, so investigate and fix our code/css so that we can use the new version.
