https://antispam.readthedocs.io/en/latest/api.html looks simple to use and performant, but it's not performing well with the specific spam we've received. But if this becomes higher priority, we should work on it, which might require training the model on some real examples.

Another thought - we can use Google Gemini Flash pretty much for free, and given that feedback is already public, this shouldn't be a huge problem for legitimate users.
