Create an automated testing framework for all nodes and implement tests across the the nodes. This breaks down into:

Automated tests for redioactive.
Automated tests for nodes.
Automated tests for classes without coverage.

Current plan is to add black box testing based around FIMS-like jobs that create and destroy infrastructure.
