Bug Report Description

Every time I turn on my Steam deck it asks me to select the language, then it asks me to select the region and then it asks me to select the wifi and which Steam account I want to use. I

t's quite annoying. Also when I access desktop mode it asks me to log in to my steam account.

I have decky installed and all this happened when I installed a decky update and a new version of steam OS but I don't know what the culprit is.

On the other hand I wouldn't like to lose the information, the installed games and all that. Since I have like 30 games installed. I've looked for help but nobody tells me anything and I don't see a clear solution. I contacted Steam's help service and they didn't tell me anything either.

Expected Behaviour

It shouldn't show the language, time, and Wi-Fi selector when starting the console

Please reinstall decky to produce the behavior so we can have logs, otherwise we cannot do much to assist you.
