FAQ accordion example duplicate IDs #90

When collapsing the accordion example on the faq.html page, duplicate IDs between the "Account & Billing" accordion and the "Website Issues" accordion cause two expand/collapse behaviors to fire.

Duplicate IDs:
collapseOne
collapseTwo
collapseThree

Proposed solution: Update IDs to be unique.

collapseThree
collapseFour
collapseFive
collapseSix

Please let me know if you need additional info. The new BS5 templates/themes look outstanding.
