Recently I found how Tauri implements access to system functionality from web fronted. What they are doing there is essentially the same as this plugin and Tauri might see wide adoption soon so I think it would make it easier for the community if the configuration was very similar. On top of that, they have a large user base so it is probably a good idea to see which functions they implement and make sure all of them are supported in this plugin too.
