Clicking Finish on app notifications brings about error message

Description

When you click "finish" on notification such as app inactivity, or when a new medication was added, the message does not go away and an error message will appear at the bottom of the screen and says "error while handling message action"

Reproduction

Click the finish button on notifications such as app inactivity and medication changes and an error message will appear on the bottom of the screen.

Expected behavior

The message should go away upon clicking this button.

I linked a past PR that fixed already the error message #155, @pauljohanneskraft PR will also adapt handling of non-actionable messages and bring further improvements to the flow so that we won't land into the error case anymore
