Problem

Clinicians currently do not receive messages.

Solution

We create messages for clinicians that are tied to a specific patient by creating a duplicated message for the clinician alongside the patient message.

This includes:

  • PreAppointment
  • WeightGain
  • q2 week alert 48 hours after KCCQ triggered if (No weight alert in last 7 days and No clinic visit in +/- 7 days) AND (Has Health Status Decrease flag OR Medication Change Eligibility flag for uptitration)
  • App inactivity (which may be interesting to track)
