The script requires that you have both the raw k-space data and the coil sensitivity maps in separate directories with matching names. The coil maps are not included by default with the fastMRI data and must be estimated from the raw k-space data.
Please refer to this repo for instructions on extracting the coil sensitivity maps from the fastMRI data: https://github.com/utcsilab/csgm-mri-langevin. You will need to install BART, which provides tools for processing MRI data, and then run the estimate_maps.py script as directed.
