Currently, we try to offer one 90-minute research lecture per semester, where PhD students from our groups collaborate to give three conference talks (20+10 minutes) on our recent work. We could think about openly asking other research groups for contributions to this lecture with a call for scientific talks, possibly returning the favor in their lecture.

It could be an open call but we may additionally spot well delivered talks at conferences and ask speakers whether they want to perform it again as part of our lecture.
