Automatic dark mode for pictures not correctly displayed in most certain PDF viewers #13

On my computer (macOS 13.5) the automatically inverted pictures are not displayed correctly in most PDF viewers:

  • Adobe Acrobat: correct
  • TeXShop: black instead of grey background
  • VS Code, Firefox: No inversion at all

For me (Arch Linux), it now works in VS Code and Firefox (they seem to have fixed something). It also works in Okular and Evince. I do not have TeXShop installed for testing.
