delayed_job version issue #492

I am trying to do an initial install on Arch but it appears Snorby requires an older version of delayed_job that has a bug

There was an error while trying to load the gem 'delayed_job'.
Gem Load Error is: undefined method `yaml_as' for Module:Class

collectiveidea/delayed_job_active_record#150

Any help is appreciated
