Preparation for Release 3.6.1

This issue is created to collect all the tasks we need to do before the 3.6.1.

Source Code

• Update Sming/SmingCore/SmingCore.h Preparation for release 3.6.1. #1424
• Update Readme.md Preparation for release 3.6.1. #1424
• Merge develop into master
• Tag the source code in the master branch

Coding Style Rules

• Update the README and Contributions to have section about coding standards.
• Make a separate PR that should be squashed and merged as a single commit that has all coding style fixes already applied. Initial version of the coding style guide and tools to help enforce it. #1400
• Add git file attributes file that takes care for preserving the line endings without the need for additional command line parameters. Leave line-endings intact or else patching will fail. #1421
• Create a document that helps developers apply the coding style rules before submitting a PR.
• add .clang_format file with the described coding style. Initial version of the coding style guide and tools to help enforce it. #1400
• Create a list of directories where the coding style should be applied (Sming/SmingCore and samples ). Exclude external code like Arduino libraries or third_party code.
• update the travis build script to check new PRs for coding style issues and report them. Initial version of the coding style guide and tools to help enforce it. #1400

Automation

• Update the chocolate packages on new release. (Auto-update choco packages on new release. #1406)
