This task is to set up a BDD suite that is best suited to test the GitHub Pages Menu Web Application.

Considering:

Where the code will be hosted (based on that it will be used to point to staging and production in the future)
Which framework to use, where it should be able to test the capabilities of running on Windows, Linux, Mac and the most common browsers (systems and browsers may change)

Task Actions:

Set up a BDD suite that can point to the GH examples menu app
