When trying to open the addon in incognito mode, the error message "ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT" appears.
Looks like "split mode" has to be selected, see https://developer.chrome.com/docs/extensions/mv3/manifest/incognito/

Running second copy of the background page will surely break things so I'll have to set it to not allowed to avoid unforeseen issues
