Make entries in the bus stop widget clickable

Entries in the bus stop widget, like for example, when a user is visiting https://smartcambridge.org/transport/stop/XXXXX/ should be clickable and redirect to the bus vehiclejourney map view that shows the whole route (vehiclejourney) for that entry in the timetable and the location of that particular bus in real time.

Yet another optional JavaScript callback would seem the obvious aproach. Like we did for the bus stop map.
