The documentation for "Reduced Pads" says the data was only reprojected to EPSG 3857 (WGS 84/PseudoMercator), but the files posted to GitHub are in EPSG 4326 (WGS 84). Please update the readme.

@cjthomas730 I assigned this to Tita, but she must not have gotten to it. Not 100% sure what this was about, but can you check that what I wrote makes sense? Trying to close out these tickets before we start something new.
