How to boot from with boot-file? #4

I have set with fastboot oem set-boot-file APP:/boot/menu.boot the boot-file, after I have copied the menu.boot in /boot directory on APP.
Now my question is: how can I boot with that boot-file?

Same question, how do you update nd use new boot-file ? :)
