Describe the bug
When two files have the same name but are in different folders both files are treated the same.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create 2 different folders A and B
Create 2 files F with the same name and put them into the different folders
Create a down relationship form the file in folder A to a file G (F->G)
Now the file F in folder B also has the F->G relationship
Expected behavior
Only the file in folder A should have the F->G relationship.
It should be possible to create independent relationships for file F in folder B to other files.
