/Simula.nix file needs vulkan-loader-custom value. This value varies depending on whether the onNixOS is true or false.

vulkan-loader-custom is set pkgs.vulkan-loader if onNixOS is true, or callPackage ./nix/vulkan-loader.nix { } if onNixOS is false. However, ./nix/vulkan-loader.nix file contains a Derivation named vulkan-headers.

This difference makes harder to delete onNixOS. See #209 .
