simply.everything is not loaded from anywhere #22

This file: simplycode/js/simply.everything.js is currently just committed into the repo, but does not update/install from any dependancy like the other files in the simplycode directory. Ideally this should be grabbed from the source and placed here, like the other files in the installation.

This PR updates the simply.everything by grabbing it from the simplyview repo.
