Description

A clear and concise description of the problem or missing capability...

A simple, styled header for our app to help with navigation and indication

Describe the solution you'd like

If you have a solution in mind, please describe it.

I think something like:

[burger] [Space][App name] [Space]

When goes into a page stack, burger button turns into back button.

We can make use of existing API of react-native-navigation
