CountdownTimer Block Should pass through any value to output, not just text #8676

Currently the Countdown Timer block, which is essentially our sleep function, only allows for the passing through of a "message", which means for example that it can't be used with a list.

Instead, this block should take in any value and output any value, in a similar fashion to the Condition Block
