Block Explorer UI Issue: Block history doesn't display when the blockchain is long #120

Expected behaviour

The block explorer should display blocks when clicking on 'blocks' on the built-in block explorer, regardless of whether the 'syncmode' setting of the node is 'fullsync' or not.

Actual behaviour

When the blockchain has been up and running for a while (i.e. there are many blocks in the block history) the block explorer fails to load the block history. It is suspected that this happens because the block explorer doesn't have pagination, so it is stuck trying to load all the blocks (and never displays any).

@amerameen this is not a bug but a feature request, which will need resources allocated to address. As I understand from @GregTheGreek the block explorer ui was initially provided as a simple example and not coded/designed to be a full UI for exploring the blocks with complete functionality. I have added a new label for feature requests and changed the above label.
