Contribution Guide

Would it be helpful if I wrote a contribution guide for how to contribute to and help improve the SF website?

In a nutshell, it would cover some basic guidelines and a basic PR workflow ( branching, comments, etc.).

I have a few suggestions for improving the website, and was going to submit some issues/PRs to see they'd be helpful -- however, I figured that a contribution guide might be a more logical / helpful first step.

HI @jasonhudson thanks for the quick reply.

I'll submit a PR for review over the holidays.

Once that's in place, I'll try to contribute some improvements to the site pursuant to those guidelines.
