  • Create intro / purpose section for standard
  • Link to the example QA project: https://github.com/Shift3/qa-process-example
  • Create a template for Sprint Issue creation
  • Create a quick checkoff list or project board setup
  • Add color codes to labels
  • Link to Acceptance Test doc where referenced.
  • Provide project board automation recommendations. Most important is for pending column to be configure as todo so issues are added automatically.
  • #qa-cohort team must be added to the project with write permission. Triage is insufficient as it will not allow the cohort to add their Issues to the QA Project Board.

@dcedano Any updates on this task? If we have some other docs we should be using, perhaps we can add those to the S&P repo?
