src folder incomplete #1

After running the requirements.txt file and adjusting for the version errors, an src folder is created. However it doesn't contain the folder utils and the python scripts: env.py and constants.py.
Thus, the experiements can't be run.
Please advice on any errors on my part, or fix the above issue soon.
