[Feature Request] New Category for Affixed Items: Accessories

Hey Shadows!

While going through an old modpack, I was reminded of the Unique Artifacts mod. Many of the tools/armor/weapons upgrades already exist in Apotheosis affixed items but the one difference was artifact accessories. Is there a possibility you could look into adding another category for items that can be held in the offhand or simply in the player's inventory and still result in affixed effects?

A lot of these setup in the affixed system seems like it would add a fun new set of items for the mod.
