[Suggestion] Make chiseled bookshelf affect the enchanting table according the books placed in it.

The idea that I had was that an empty chiseled bookshelf provides no power. But depending on the type of book you store inside of it affects the Eterna, Quanta, and Arcana levels of the table.

So certain Enchanting books will increase each of the stats differently, maybe have Curses add more Quanta, while common enchantments affect Eterna, while treasure enchantments affect Arcana?
