BW crashes when the game starts.

See vjurenka/BWMirror#2 ?
Recommended solution is install BWAPI 4.1.0+ with BWMirror 2.3+.
Attempted this, but problem persists.

Fixed by downgrading BWAPI to version 4.1.0 rather than 4.1.1.
