Refactor Project Layout

This project was created with Django Cookiecutter. Which uses the project layout recommended in the book Two Scoops of django. Where every single Django app lives inside /semillas_platform/semillas_platform.

So it is needed to move the apps of: services, landing and wallet to /semillas_platform, at the same level that users app.
