[Bug Report] Unable to change user Info

Describe the bug

I just can't change my own user info. including account email and password.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'User'
2. Type some user info.
3. Click on 'CHANGE USER INFO'
4. Nothing works.

Expected behavior

Expected to change user info.

I hope get some, but logs remained nothing.

Encountered the same issue using Chromium. Firefox had no problem to change details.
