Issue 924 changed sguild's DEBUG level from 2 to 1 in the NSM postinst:

Folks that configure syslog-ng to grab alerts from sguild.log need DEBUG 2:

DEBUG 1 will still be the default for new installations, we just won't modify any existing installations.
