What steps will reproduce the problem?
Attempt to load Seaside-Test-HTML5 without Seaside-Tools-Web being loaded.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Loads OK
Actual: WAHtml5ElementsTest>>renderFigureOn: references undefined class
WAToolFiles
The logical solution would seem to be to use an icon from somewhere in the
dependency chain of Seaside-Test-HTML5 (like WATestingFiles / #samplePng).
